Hey Dolls,

Just got back from a fabulous fashion filled day! Today I went all the way up to West London to attend Boohoo.com’s A/W Press Day 2011 organised by SLAM PR. The day consisted of me and other fashion bloggers/journalists being surrounded by beautiful garments from Boohoo.com and champagne.. Lol, of course I didn’t have any ;) . Boohoo.com has definitely nailed all the trends for this Autumn/Winter as usual ! which won’t break the bank either :) Forthcoming posts shall be about the items, but this one is dedicated to the lovely ladies I encountered.

The first person I met was Gemma who works for SLAM PR, who made me feel so welcomed and less intimidated.. LOL. After drooling at Boohoo.com’s handbag collection, I got the pleasure of meeting Laura Price (who also works for SLAM PR) and we started conversing about these gorgeous star print shorts (which I shall show you soon). Soon after, I got to talking with Ashley Turner & Milly Diaz who are wonderful women, brimming with so much enthusiasm and great advice (Thank you very much ladies, hope to keep in touch!). I met other bloggers there too like Lolli from LolliHearts.co.uk, Camilla from intothefoldfashion.com & Zizzi from Zizziswardrobe.blogspot.com - Lovely ladies, watch for them in the future ;) . Towards the end of the event I had the honour of meeting Boohoo.com’s design director, Caroline Evans; the woman responsible for Boohoo’s impressive A/W collection !.

I had such an awesome time, and I’m ecstatic that my first press day event was for Boohoo.com, an affordable online fashion website with so many trendy, high quality items. I’m so happy to have met all these wonderful women today, and hopefully this will be a start to many more events and friendships ;)
