As much as I wish I attended Constance Billard with Blair and Serena, and got to wear heels every day for college, according to my friends already attending college, that is a no go :( & yes, I was considering wearing low courts to college, LOL. Any ways! Just like every girl needs a pair of black heels, she also needs a simple pair of black flats, no matter what you wear, black flats are sure to be a winner to match the outfit - however, thanks to our awesome high street stores and head designers, the simple pair of flats can be girly with bows and pearl embellishments or edgy with spike studs!
Personally, I’m more of a loafer kinda girl! They’re preppy and timeless, but lately I’ve been really loving the slipper shape, especially these Charlotte Olympia style flats from Boohoo.com for just £19! They’re so cute and quirky!. Seeing these leopard print flats from Miss Selfridge remind me of an outfit I saw on Shirley Eniang’s blog ‘Meek-n-Mild’, its chic and great for a casual day at college. Lastly, I think these studded flats from TOPSHOP, are perfect for adding some edge and embellishment to a simple outfit!
