Hi there; I'm a guy who has a girlfriend almost - not quite - the same height as I am. I'm a bit taller than her, but because of this she isn't able to wear heels. Her preferences are not very flashy, but more classy-edge, perhaps with an urban tinge. Are there any shoe types which are able to look good whilst not being platform or heel? And are there any specifics which are of a reasonable bandwidth of price? Thanks, I occasionally skim read this blog so I can join in conversation with my girl.

However, for the more quirky ones I tend to go on eBay, you can literally find every style there is!
For a classy and urban look, I’d check out pictures of stars like Olivia Palermo, Beyonce, Alexa Chung and Miranda Kerr..
… these ladies sure know how to work the slipper!
